Firestone-type air spring bellows Airide-Springs™ with 2 stud bolts (DRUXXX210525)

Our air bags are fitted with an upper flared plate and are generally used in the towed area. The plate is bolted to the lower frame flange or a plate or bracket is welded to the vehicle frame. The flared plate ensures a tight seal at the top at the factory. In the lower area there is a vulcanized clamping plate in which the unwinding piston (made of glass fibre reinforced plastic) is attached. The integrated stop buffer protects against damage when the bellows is vented. The advantages are obvious and enable lifting operations and make bellows installation easier. The air supply connection is located on the air bellows cover, the so-called flared plate, from which the required pressure is applied via a pressure line.
